3. No Guarantee of Results

JX Athletics does not guarantee:

  • Weight loss
  • Fat loss
  • Muscle gain
  • Athletic performance improvements
  • Recruiting opportunities
  • College scholarships
  • College roster spots
  • Professional contracts
  • Specific financial or personal outcomes

Results vary significantly based on effort, consistency, genetics, recovery, skill level, and other factors beyond our control.

 

 

 


4. Health Disclaimer

Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in fitness activities.
  • You assume all risks associated with exercise and training.
  • You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any program.

5. Recruiting Services Disclaimer

JX Athletics offers recruiting education, mentorship, guidance, and support.

We do not guarantee:

  • Recruitment by any school
  • Scholarships
  • Admissions decisions
  • Playing opportunities
  • Professional contracts

All recruiting decisions are made solely by coaches, schools, organizations, and governing bodies.


6. Digital Products

All digital products purchased from JX Athletics are licensed to the purchaser only.

You may not:

  • Share purchased files
  • Upload products online
  • Reproduce products
  • Resell products
  • Distribute products
  • Modify and redistribute products

Unauthorized use will result in termination of access and legal action.

 

7. Payments

All payments must be made in full before access is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

JX Athletics reserves the right to refuse or cancel services due to:

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services:

All digital product sales are final.

 

No refunds will be issued after delivery.

 

Coaching Services

Coaching fees, recruiting mentorship fees, and consulting fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
